Our winner, Mackenzie Calhoun, wanted a challenge with a theme that explored the past. The challenge then is this:

Your challenge is to write about the past - the past lives of our characters or the far past of the Trekverse. Write about the early space travel days of Earth or any Trek race; write about past events in a character's life; write about a character's ancestors; write about a character thrown into their past, their history.
